Jayne enjoys many forms of exercise ranging from bicycling, hiking, walking, and playing in adult leagues such as tennis, racket ball, and golf. Even with her active background, Jayne believes she did not know what a true healthy and fit body was until she attended a full year of Pilates classes. Jayne’s love for Pilates makes her the instructor she is today. She loves to share her passion, knowledge, and values building lasting relationships with clients to keep them coming back each week.
