TRACI ROSHITSH Traci has a background in Exercise Science/Health Wellness. She is certified through the PhysicalMind Institute as well as the American College of Sport's Medicine. She has a martial arts background and applies a Zen approach to her Pilates training. She has 17 years experience teaching Pilates and loves working with all levels to further their understanding of mind body integration and how effective Pilates is in changing one's exercise routine for maximal results. A Pilates workout is more than just going through the motions. Proper implementation and integration of breathing, concentration, control, posture, precision, flow and centering are essential to the balanced flow of one's energy required to yield a total and continued state of wellness and well being.
