Traci S
Traci was introduced to the transformative power of Reformer Pilates in 2016. Encouraged by a friend, she attended a free Intro class at Club Pilates, and it turned out to be a life-changing experience.
Traci's love for Pilates is deeply rooted in its ability to provide a non-aggressive, low-impact, full-body workout. After a knee injury and surgery that limited her engagement in activities like running and tennis, Pilates became a pain-free solution, allowing her to focus on building upper body and core strength while strengthening her lower body.
With a commitment to education, Traci's teaching style blends challenges with fun and humor, always emphasizing the Pilates principles. Her favorite Pilates move is the Teaser, a full-body exercise that showcases core strength, balance, flexibility, and control.
What surprises Traci the most about teaching Pilates is witnessing the physical progressions in members on a weekly basis. She finds empowerment in helping people move and feel better mentally and physically, changing lives one class at a time.
Beyond the studio, Traci enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time in nature. A competitive figure skater and piano player in her youth, Traci believes in the healing power of laughter, a good night's sleep, and, of course, tacos.
