Teddy has worked in the fitness industry for 10 years but has been working on her personal fitness journey for the past 17 years.
Teddy fell in love with Pilates while studying in Los Angeles. She worked as a Personal Trainer for at college and worked under an amazing trainer who encouraged her to pursue her passion for fitness. She has since explored all over the world for new techniques and ideas about Pilates. During these travels she came across the Stott Pilates method, took the certification in London and received her Pilates qualifications.
Teddy’s teaching is built on the 5 basic principles: Breathing, Pelvic placement, Rib cage placement, Scapular movement and stabilization, and Head and neck placement. Working from the understanding of these principles, no exercise is impossible.
