Kira has tried many forms of exercise (kickboxing, yoga, dance, tai-chi to name a few) but never felt motivated to continue her practice until she discovered Pilates. With Pilates, she began to feel muscles she didn’t know she had, she saw quick results, and she fell in love. Kira finds it incredible how vastly Pilates has improved people’s lives. She loves to hear member’s stories about disappearing chronic back pain, improved mental health and general wellbeing. Outside of the studio, Kira works as a project manager for a digital media company. She is an avid reader and loves wine tasting. She was a ballerina and a competitive dancer and she loves hanging out with her pug, Bean! “Everything I need is within me”
