Meagan has an endless passion for adventure, and an active lifestyle. Her love for fitness and healthy living has always been a way of life. Meagan began taking Pilates in 2012 after 3 kids had taken a toll and left her with disc issues and lower back pain. She was looking for an effective approach to gain core strength, and balance out her marathon training, and other outdoor sports and create longer, leaner more toned muscles - Pilates was it! After seeing the transformation in her body and eliminating lower back pain, Meagan earned her certification as a Pilates Instructor through Club Pilates, working under Master Trainer Keely Watson in 2012 and going right to work at two different studios. After her 4th child was born, she took some time off, but is back in the Studio and ready to help others gain the strength and balance Pilates gave her. Meagan is known for her positive energy, love for life and a teaching style that balances cheerful encouragement with butt-kicking workouts. Meagan enjoys helping others and is inspired watching people make health a priority and progess in their strength and flexibility to enhance their overall well-being.
