"My interest in movement began in childhood, driven by a deep love for dance. I pursued this passion academically and professionally, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from the University of Calgary and the Alberta Ballet School of Dance. After many years of performing and teaching dance, my interest in body awareness and health deepened. The experience of incurring injuries, having four children and navigating the challenges of pregnancy and a changing body highlighted the importance of rehabilitation and core muscle strengthening. This personal journey led me to Pilates, where I could integrate my movement background with a greater focus on fitness, health and longevity! I hope my classes will empower you to experience the transformative benefits of Pilates by enhancing your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being."
