Lynne came to Pilates in 2010 after a sedentary lifestyle as a writer and project manager had left her weak, with limited mobility in her hips and knees and near-crippling muscles spasms in her back. As she improved her core strength and discovered how to activate her smaller, stabilizing muscles, she found her mobility improving and pain decreasing allowing her to resume a much more active lifestyle. In 2021, she decided to enroll in the Club Pilates Teacher Training program to further enhance her practice and share her passion for Pilates with others. Lynne firmly believes that no matter where they start, anyone can increase their strength, mobility, and fitness through Pilates.
