Elizabeth discovered Pilates in 2019 when she walked by the studio and decided to try an intro class on a whim. The experience was meditative and restorative yet physically challenging. Through continued practice, she noticed an improvement in her posture, strength, and flexibility and a decrease in her aches and pains. However, the most significant change is that she has been injury-free since she began her practice. Pilates has given her the stamina to pursue hobbies such as kayaking, sailing, and flying trapeze. Elizabeth's passion for Pilates grew so much that she decided to switch from a lifelong career as an educator to become a Pilates instructor. Her goal is to share her passion as she helps others improve their lives by discovering the benefits of Pilates.
