Brittany Miller
Brittany started her Pilates journey in 2017 when the Club Pilates studio opened in Owings Mills. She started Pilates when her doctor recommended that she take a different approach to my fitness journey because she was experiencing chronic back pain from lordosis and hip tendonitis. She grew up doing gymnastics and competitive cheerleading and it resulted in a lot of unhealed injuries. Pilates has improved her mental and physical well-being, and she’s able to manage her pain through consistency in her Pilates practice. Brittany wanted to become an instructor to be an advocate for others who are experiencing physical pain but not sure where to start or how to incorporate a fitness routine to help relieve their pain. She believes that through consistency and progression you can become physically and mentally stronger by following the Pilates principles: Concentration, Control, Center, Precision, Flow, and Breath. In her free time, she loves to travel, spend time with her dog, Bobi Brown, and catch up on her favorite shows.
