Julie is a graduate of Club Pilates 500 hour comprehensive teacher training program and began teaching in 2021. After a long career in corporate America, she turned her passion for Pilates into helping others discover the same benefits. Julie was initially drawn to Pilates to improve muscle tone, flexibility and mobility to complement weight training. She immediately noticed it reduced aches and stiffness and experienced a community of positive, like-minded people. She believes Pilates is a practice anyone can do for life! As an instructor, Julie wants to meet individual needs and goals of each client, guiding them through proper form and mindful movement to find a mind-body connection to harness the power of their body. She works to create an encouraging environment that inspires community. Her goal is to have clients leaving class knowing they’ve done something good for themselves. Fun fact: She enjoys a hike with a view, loves reading, and connecting with friends and family.
