Elizabeth McPartland
Elizabeth is a dedicated Club Pilates instructor who believes fitness should be as fun as it is empowering. Before diving into the world of Pilates, she worked as an interior designer, driven by a passion for creating positive, inspiring spaces. Seeking a more direct way to empower others, she transitioned to Pilates to foster strength, flexibility, and confidence within each client.
Her journey began after practicing Shaolin Kempo Karate in California and settling into Yoga when she moved to Seattle. She had the honor of learning from Lindsey aka FatBodyPilates, a renowned Pilates figure and champion of body positivity. Elizabeth credits Lindsey’s guidance for shaping how she teaches today, emphasizing inclusivity and support.
Her mission is to cultivate a nurturing environment where everyone can thrive and feel empowered. She’s dedicated to guiding her clients towards feeling stronger with each session, encouraging them to explore, ask questions, and take ownership of their practice as they progress. Whether you're focused on building core strength, enhancing flexibility, or simply reconnecting with your body, Elizabeth is here to provide guidance and support throughout your journey.
