Brooke Mainord
Pilates Instructor
Brooke was introduced to Pilates during her freshman year of college, beginning with Mat foundations classes at her college campus gym. She quickly discovered a love for the first fitness regime that kept her challenged and excited to come back for more. She later joined a Club Pilates in her hometown in Texas, where she began her reformer Pilates journey.
She completed the Club Pilates Teacher Training program in March of 2019. Since then, Brooke has also become a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM and has obtained certifications for TRX and Barre as well. In Brooke’s classes, you’ll enjoy an energetic, dynamic workout with a focus on proper form and alignment. Brooke is always happy to see new faces in class; come say hi!
Fun Fact: Her favorite class to teach is a Flow 2. She loves working with advanced clients and challenging people in creative ways with all the different apparatuses!
