Olivia was originally drawn to Pilates as a form of strength training to complement her yoga practice. Attending Pilates sessions made her stronger, more flexible, and more coordinated and challenged her to test her limits. She was inspired by how Pilates transformed her life and knew she had to share the benefits of Pilates with others. As a teacher, she loves to explore fun and challenging shapes on the reformer and celebrate all the little victories on the way to achieving each difficult exercise. At Club Pilates, Olivia loves teaching both group and private sessions and helping her clients exceed their expectations of success. Her classes are spicy, fun, and always an adventure. She also hosts Pilates Teachers' Manual and Pilates Students' Manual podcasts to share her knowledge and enthusiasm with the global Pilates community.
