As a former professional dancer Lara has always had a passion for movement. After several years of teaching dance she decided to transition into the fitness world by teaching Barre and Pilates classes. Lara is currently a Certified Peak Pilates instructor. Her love for Pilates began when she started taking classes in college. She felt that Pilates helped her become an even stronger dancer. As a teacher she loves seeing the positive results that Pilates has on all of her students. She loves that it promotes both strength and flexibility while also helping with postural alignment. After taking class with Lara you will walk away feeling both longer and stronger!
