Jonah was looking for a career change after working in the Fashion industry for 20 years. She became a Princeton Club Pilates member and instantly fell in love with Pilates! She realized that Pilates improved her core strength, balance, alignment, posture and also helped her to gain back daily life energy. She felt that Pilates is a great tool to help anyone at any age, who is looking for more strength building, balance, rehab from injuries. She pursued her interest in Pilates by joining and going through Club Pilates Teacher Training. She is now certified Pilates instructor and enjoys her second career path as a Pilates instructor at Princeton Club Pilates. She wants to share the amazing life changing benefits of Pilates with everybody.
