Liza Collins is a Dallas native and proud University of Missouri alum with a lifelong passion for all things sports, fitness and nutrition. She moved to New York City after college to pursue a career in television journalism and returned to her Texas roots in 2007.
Liza is a full-time sports enthusiast and brings with her more than 20 years of strength and HIIT training experience. Whether assisting hot yoga classes, lifting weights with a client, attending group fitness workouts or taking walks with friends, Liza believes the most powerful connections between human beings are made in the gym, on the court or on a walk. The 75 Hard program is one of her favorite wellness challenges, one that she completes twice a year.
Liza discovered Pilates in her mid-40s and was instantly drawn to the practice and its ability to help students achieve elite physical and mental results. She is passionate about learning, teaching and sharing her love of movement with her students.
Alongside her husband, Liza is Mom to two energetic boys who keep her on her toes. When she’s not working out or exploring health trends, you’ll likely find her at a professional sporting event, embracing the thrill of live games with her friends and family.
