Nikole is a passionate and dedicated Pilates instructor who found her way to Pilates through a personal journey of healing. A lifelong sports and fitness enthusiast, she discovered the transformative power of Pilates after a back injury and it changed everything. She fell in love with the mindful movement, breathwork, flexibility, and control that Pilates offers, and she now shares that joy with others through teaching a variety of Pilates classes. Nikole received her foundational training at Breathe Education, where she studied the Contrology method—a classical approach that layers exercises with accessible options for all levels. Her teaching emphasizes strength, flexibility, and range of motion, helping clients feel empowered and in control of their movement. She is also a kindergarten school teacher and teaching is truly her passion. She thrives in the welcoming, team-spirited environment of Club Pilates, which reminds her of her athletic background and the power of community. For Nikole, fitness is not just about working out—it’s about enjoying life, feeling good in your body, and connecting with others through movement
