Pattie Techera-Cruz has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She started her fitness journey after losing 85 pounds through her vigorous Martial Arts training. She ended up with a foot injury which led her to Yoga & Pilates. She immediately fell in love with Pilates & decided to make it her life long career. She is certified in Yoga from India & is 500-hour comprehensively trained through PHI Pilates & the NPCP (National Pilates Certification Program AKA PMA, Pilates Method Alliance). She currently works for Club Pilates as an Instructor and Master Trainer, and runs Teacher Training courses. She enjoys helping people achieve their ultimate fitness goals & strives to share her knowledge with others & help others become future Pilates teachers.
