What Tina cherishes most about Pilates is its remarkable healing potential. She believes it is one of the most accessible and effective forms of exercise, capable of alleviating body aches and pain through targeted muscle engagement and varied exercises. Tina is thrilled when clients share their experiences of reduced pain and enhanced well-being thanks to Pilates. Its low-impact nature makes it an excellent choice for a comprehensive full-body workout that strengthens and lengthens the body.
