Molly started taking classes at Club Pilates in 2022 and immediately fell in love with this form of movement. As a dancer Molly has always been active and interested in different forms of movement to compliment her dance training. The Pilates method by far has been the most beneficial in building the proper foundational strength and body
awareness needed for dance. With the popularity of Pilates in the dance world Molly
decided she wanted to take the next step forward by taking the Club Pilates Comprehensive Training Program to get certified as an instructor. She hopes to inspire
others to practice Pilates to find a deeper mind to body connection. Whether you are a dancer or not Molly hopes to show the importance of Pilates for the overall well-being of every individual.
