I have always been an exercise and sports enthusiast all my life. I have, also been active in my children's schools and extracurricular activities for the past 19 years. As an avid runner, my knees and back started to feel the effects of heavy use, so I turned to Pilates as a way to strengthen and ease the pain naturally. I FELL IN LOVE with the Pilates practice. This love guided me to teacher training and certification! I am excited to share with you the techniques that have helped me become stronger, more flexible, and have reduced my pain. I also have a degree in interior design and enjoy refurbishing furniture, participating in Tough Mudder, an endurance event series, and traveling in my free time.
