Sarah gained her instructor certification through the Club Pilates Teacher Training Program! In addition to a career in fitness, she is an actor/dancer/singer and obtained her BFA in Musical Theatre from Ball State University. For as long as she can remember, dance and movement have been an irreplaceable part of Sarah’s life. As a Pilates instructor, Sarah focuses on the idea that all movement initiates from the center. Core engagement and intentional breath work are crucial to achieving optimal functional movement and longevity. Her classes will focus heavily on posture, form, and a flow that will keep you constantly moving and working toward your goals! Gaining both strength and flexibility is key, and Pilates can help you become your best self, just as it helped Sarah.
