Kylie
Instructor
Kylie was first introduced to Pilates while she was a student at Centre College. She found Pilates to be a low-impact, rewarding, and fun way of regularly moving her body despite her busy schedule. With a background in gymnastics, Kylie loves to move in fun, new ways. This is what initially drew her to try Pilates and quickly she developed a passion for this movement.
Following the completion of her Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, she chose to expand her knowledge in the Pilates Method through the 500- Hour Club Pilates Teacher Training Program during her time away from academia before applying to dental school. Kylie completed her Comprehensive Certification in 2023.
As a pre-health post-grad, Kylie believes that movement heals. This is why she is an advocate for the holistic experience to elongate, strengthen and restore the body back to balance that Pilates was designed for. When Kylie is not in the studio, you can find her at CycleBar adding high intensity cardio workouts into her fitness realm, as well as, getting a little competitive on the pickleball courts.
Kylie hopes to spread her passion for Pilates and wellness to others through her role as an instructor here at Club Pilates. She finds the most reward in sharing her knowledge with members, as she is a student at heart. You can join a group class with Kylie to enjoy a fun mix of contemporary and classical style full body workouts, or schedule a private training session, to experience a one-on-one, specialized training plan towards accomplishing the goals you have for your Pilates journey!
