Jo moved to the USA from her home country, England, in 2003 to expand her horse racing career. While looking for a workout that would help her strengthen her core and stay flexible while galloping, she discovered Pilates. She became a fully certified Pilates instructor through Integrated Balance Pilates® in 2011 and has been an ACE® Certified personal trainer since 2020. Jo also has Pink Ribbon and Buff Bones training, as well as a deep knowledge of other fitness disciplines that she uses to holistically help her clients. Jo believes you should enjoy exercising and leave every session feeling good—both mentally and physically.
