I originally got into Pilates as my own personal form of exercise back in 2020 and immediately fell in love. I quickly realized that the 50-minute classes were the only times that I didn’t feel anxious and felt the most connected to my body. While I love Pilates for its physical aspects, my passion stemmed from its mental health benefits. Every part of the body is engaged from the head to the toes, giving you zero time to think about anything else beyond those 4 walls of the studio. I love helping others become more in tune and connected to their bodies. Just bringing about the awareness can change your entire perspective on how you feel and how you live your life. Most people don’t know I have my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and now I’ve combined my two favorite things: mental health and working with people. I deeply love connecting with my clients and getting to know everyone at the studio. I always love when clients hang out before or after class to chat!
