Stephanie’s classes are energetic and creative, providing a well rounded workout that includes strength, balance, flexibility and core focused training. Stephanie’s motivation is seeing the progress in her clients and the smiles on their faces as they walk out of class. Stephanie draws from her own love of pilates which began 8 years ago, when she took her first class with her mother, she has been practicing ever since, every class she teaches is inspired by the classes she has loved to take.
