My Pilates practice started on the mat in the classical style. I began to incorporate work with the reformer as it became more mainstream, showing up in health clubs and not just small, private studios. Reformer Pilates is amazing! It is a fluid and efficient work out for lengthening muscles, opening joints, building strength and balance all at the same time. Teaching allows me to share the Pilates transformative experience. In addition to my Pilates, I get outside to bike ride at every opportunity and enjoy the occasional goat yoga class!
