Katie has been teaching Pilates for 19 years. She started taking Pilates after the birth of her first child and was immediately hooked. Six months later she started the certification process and hasn't stopped. Katie holds numerous certifications from Balance Body, APPI Physiology Group, NASM, and Club Pilates. Her favorite people to work with are beginners and those that need a little extra guidance with an injury. If you ever need a modification for an exercise just ask Katie and she will give you a few options!
