Jana Jandra
Instructor
Jana has been instructing Pilates for twenty three years. She found Pilates while on vacation in 2000 and completely fell in love. This led her to complete her certification with The Physical Mind Institute that same year. She furthered her training with The Pilates Coach in 2003. In 2025, she is working with Balanced Body and Club Pilates to further her training. When not in the studio, Jana is a teammate on an outrigger canoe race team. She uses Pilates as her strength and conditioning training to prepare for the season and to help prevent injuries while competing. She's passionate about teaching the fundamentals to help students increase strength, improve balance, and continue to elevate their practice.
