Kim started her fitness journey as an internationally competitive synchronized swimmer in her teens, qualifying for Olympic trials at age 16. Movement health and wellness have been her journey ever since. While attending the University of New Mexico she earned a Bachelor's of Fine Arts and a Bachelor's of Science in Occupational Therapy. Her journey to becoming a pilates instructor started 12 years ago while searching for ways to recover from a back injury. She discovered how effective the method is for balancing the musculoskeletal system and the mind body connection with breath work blends well with her background in yoga and Occupational Therapy. Kim is eager to help others achieve balance through working with the mind, body, and breath. Certifications: Comprehensive Pilates Instructor, International level 1 Instructor of Kundalini Yoga, Reiki master.
