Six years ago, she furthered her expertise by obtaining certification from Stott and began teaching Pilates, specializing in Mat and Reformer exercises. Recently, she completed her apprenticeship, expanding her Pilates repertoire to include Barre, Chair, and Cadillac. Beyond her extensive training, Shadi's true dedication lies in her clients' well-being.
