Introduced to Pilates in 2021 by her family physician, Pegah was advised to incorporate low-impact exercises like Pilates into her routine to alleviate severe back pain. Embracing this recommendation, she attended her inaugural Pilates reformer class and immediately felt its benefits, not only soothing her back but also easing her anxiety. Driven by her newfound passion, Pegah pursued further education and completed the Club Pilates Teacher Training program. Now, as a Pilates instructor, she relishes the opportunity to positively impact others' lives, guiding them toward happiness and assisting them in achieving their holistic health and fitness aspirations.
