Fahmida’s passion for movement and holistic wellness has shaped her journey as an instructor. With a deep understanding of how the body moves and heals, she integrates multiple modalities to help clients improve posture, build strength, enhance performance, and reduce pain. Pilates is at the core of her teaching, but she also incorporates the Melt Method, Fascial Stretch Therapy, and the Roll Model Method to support mobility and recovery.
Her commitment to continuous learning led her to become a certified Kettlebell Instructor, adding strength and cardio training to her repertoire. Fahmida teaches at Club Pilates, where she shares her expertise through drop-in group classes, specialty workshops, corporate wellness sessions, and teacher trainings. Whether guiding clients through Pilates or helping them discover new movement techniques, she is dedicated to empowering others on their fitness journey.
