Kimberly Reid

Pilates Instructor
Kimberly first discovered Pilates in high school as a way to manage her scoliosis and enhance her performance in cheerleading and dance. After a car accident, she turned to Pilates again to alleviate spinal injury pain, improve her posture, and create a deeper connection between body and mind. Inspired by the transformative power of Pilates, Kimberly pursued the Club Pilates 500-hour comprehensive certification, driven by a desire to help others experience the same relief and strength she found through the practice. With a B.S. in Human Performance and an M.S. in Exercise and Nutrition Science, she integrates her academic knowledge with her passion for Pilates. Her experience as a personal trainer and exercise physiologist allows her to effectively guide clients toward their wellness goals, emphasizing the importance of core strength and overall body awareness. In her classes, Kimberly combines her expertise in exercise physiology with the foundational principles of Pilates, such as mindful movement, alignment, and breath control. She creates a supportive environment where clients can build strength, enhance stability, and develop a greater understanding of their bodies. Kimberly is dedicated to helping her clients feel their best one session at a time.
