Sarah has been active in dance and gymnastics since her early childhood days, and is now continuing to stay active in exercise and Pilates throughout her adult life. She has always believed that engaging your body in physical activity is an ideal way to lead a more balanced life.
She has practiced Pilates since 2016 and discovered the many benefits of Pilates when incorporating it into her daily routine. Some of her personal benefits include increasing core strength, decrease stress and improve posture.
Sarah completed her 500 comprehensive hours through Club Pilates and enjoys to share her knowledge with teaching others the benefits of Pilates!
