Meet Julie, a passionate and dedicated Pilates instructor who fell in love with the unique blend of strength, flexibility, and mind-body connection that Pilates offers. Her journey with Pilates began when she was searching for ways to improve her own health and fitness. Having tried yoga, barre, gym, and CrossFit, Julie stumbled upon Pilates and was instantly hooked, even finding herself walking through snow or rain for 20 minutes to get to a class! Aside from her love for Pilates, Julie also has an eye for aesthetics and enjoys creating beautiful and functional spaces through interior design. But when she's not designing spaces, Julie takes great pride in helping her students achieve their goals and loves to see the improvements they make both in their physical abilities and their overall sense of well-being.
