I have always been a huge advocate for mental and physical wellness, and pilates is the perfect blend of both. I started as a member, transitioned into working front desk, and got my Certification in November of 2023. When I’m not in the studio, I love going to a park, petting any dog I see, going for walks around my neighborhood, and hanging out with friends.
