Sierra Mark
Instructor
Sierra first found her love for Pilates after her third knee surgery
at age 18. Having been an athlete her entire life, she originally
thought the only “right” way to exercise and move her body was by
running and lifting weights. After taking her first Pilates class in
2017, she quickly realized how special Pilates actually was. Sierra
played collegiate softball at Oregon State University for three years
before having to medically retire due to the strain it put on her
knees. She graduated in 2020 with a degree in Public Health and
aspirations to become a Physical Therapist. Her decision to become a
certified Pilates instructor came because she wished she was able to
use Pilates when she was going through her own rehabilitation process.
Sierra wants to help everyone with their health & fitness goals but
especially feels connected to those who are dealing with injury.
Originally from Las Vegas, she is excited to live life at the beach
for a while and see what amazing opportunities California and Club
Pilates can bring her. She enjoys spending time outdoors, drinking
coffee, and working to make positive impacts on others.
