She quickly fell in love with Pilates and noticed how much it improved overall well being throughout life. Jil’s classes emphasize mind-body integration, a focus on fitness, a strong core, and functional movements. She gets great joy out of teaching clients privately and seeing the improvements her clients make. She also loves the energy of teaching a group class. She loves learning about the body and movement and wants to pass that knowledge on to her students. Her goal is to help you meet your goals and leave her classes feeling strong, energized, and invigorated. In addition to her comprehensive Club Pilates Certification, Jil is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NPCT) and an ACE certified Private Trainer.
