My Club Pilates journey began over eight years ago as a dedicated reformer enthusiast, and what started as a personal practice evolved into something I simply had to share! After experiencing the transformative benefits of Pilates firsthand, I felt called to become an instructor and help others discover the same strength, balance, and confidence that changed my own life.
At Club Pilates, my teaching philosophy centers on meeting you exactly where you are. Whether you're taking your very first reformer class or deepening an established practice, I'm committed to creating a welcoming space where everyone feels encouraged to explore their potential. My greatest joy comes from watching clients build strength, improve posture and flexibility, and carry themselves with newfound confidence both in and out of the studio.
When I'm not teaching, you'll find me embracing an active lifestyle through hiking, strength training, and my newest passion, pickleball! I believe in bringing balance to everything I do, valuing quality time with family and friends just as much as physical wellness. I bring this same balanced energy and authentic connection into every class I teach. My approach combines thoughtful instruction with genuine enthusiasm, creating an environment where challenging yourself feels both rewarding and fun.
