Dana Brown is a Peak-certified Pilates teacher with nearly three decades in the health and fitness industry. Starting as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer, she has a passionfor helping individuals reach their fitness goals, especially those with special needs and pre-existing conditions.
Dana's holistic approach to movement has transformed lives since she completed her comprehensive Pilates certification in 2010. Now certified in the Club Pilates training method,
Beyond the studio, Dana is a sought-after speaker at health and wellness events, designs training programs for corporations, competitive sports teams, and works with World Qualifying Championship dancers. She also appears weekly on WFSB Great Day CT as the 5 Minute
