Xinyu Lin
Xinyu embarked on her fitness journey in 2017 driven by a desire to lose the "Freshman 15". As she reached her goal, she realized working out was more than a routine; it was a lifestyle. She became passionate about trying various sports and fitness movements, leading her to discover Pilates, which she found to be a great addition to her strength training.
She’s a newly certified Pilates instructor but her love for it deepens as she dedicates herself more to the practice. To her, Pilates is a journey of self-discovery, where she’s learned to appreciate her body's strength and resilience. She’s learned to accept who she is and what her body looks like and hopes to share that piece of self-love to her family, friends and clients who take her classes. Her favorite class to teach is Center & Balance where she enjoys embedding breathing principles into stretching exercises.
Fun fact: Xinyu owns more than 10 LEGO sets.
