Mary comes to pilates from the world of endurance and contact sports including triathlons, weightlifting and even competitive roller derby! While pushing her body to its limits, she found pilates necessary to stay aligned and balanced physically and mentally. She completed the Club Pilates Teacher Training Program in an effort to bring this same holistic approach to living to everyone. Her background in the arts keeps her creative problem solving foremost in her brain when programming for her pilates clients. It is her goal to increase your mobility and alignment with every class so that you leave moving more fluidly than you came and be able to do what you love no matter where that path takes you next.
