Rhonda has practiced Pilates for over 20 years. She’s always loved the strength and mindfulness it brought her. Rhonda has had 2 hip replacements and a spinal fusion surgery. Pilates has given her the recuperative help she’s needed along with the energy to just keep moving forward and staying fit. After living abroad for a while Rhonda returned to the US and as her “second act” she studied and became a certified instructor. She now loves teaching and especially modifying for anyone with any injuries or issues. Rhonda looks forward to working with you!
