Liz has always had a deep passion for fitness and was a spin instructor for many years. After having her two children via Caesarean she became more mindful of her workouts and what her body needed to heal properly. Pilates was a recommended workout from her chiropractor to help her spinal alignment as well as improve her diastasis rectus caused from child birth. After taking her first Pilates class, Liz fell in love with not only the physical benefits but also the mind body connection. It was through Pilates, she truly healed her mind and body after becoming a mother and finally found a career in fitness that is meaningful and fun. Liz has a true passion for movements and wants to help others fall in love just as much as she has.
