I spend my weekdays working downtown in the city and thrive in the outdoor beauty any chance I have. Hiking, biking, mushrooms on pizza, matcha lattes and Pilates are my favorite things!
The deep, diaphragmatic breathing techniques used in Pilates have been especially helpful for managing my asthma. So I figured, why not deepen my understanding of the practice to share with others?
