Mike Anderson
Instructor
Mike is a Club Pilates certified Pilates Instructor. In the mid-80s Mike became interested in and practiced
martial arts, Tai Chi, Qigong and Yoga. In 2011 he became a certified Tai Chi and Qigong instructor. In
2019 Mike started practicing Pilates and enjoyed it so much he attended Pilates class every day and
eventually became a certified Pilates instructor.
Mike sees Pilates practice as a practical and fully functional mind-body exercise program that helps to
create/realize whole health. As we become healthier, we become better people. He continues with his
daily practice and enjoys encouraging others with their Pilates practice.
