I thoroughly enjoy teaching classes that are focused on mindfulness and are modified for each individual client. I love that Pilates is a form of preventive exercise and encourages clients to focus on alignment and control, which supports lifelong wellness.
I believe that exercise should be a joyful and positive experience for every client that I meet and I love the community feel of my classes. When I’m not in the Pilates studio, you can find me on my own reformer always working on different choreography and gourmet cooking!
