Sherry Sereg is a motivated and exuberant fitness instructor with experience in versatile fitness settings. She started her Pilates journey in 2016, her passion for fitness has led her to pursue many avenues of fitness and allow her to fulfill her desire for a full body workout. From many years of teaching Martial Arts, Cycling, TRX, Soul Body Barre and IIN Nutrition Councilor, Sherry discovered the benefits of Pilates to improve the mind, body and spirit. Sherry is energetic and passionate about helping others reach their fitness endeavors!
Sherry's journey in teaching started as a Martial Arts Instructor, Zumba, Personal
Training, Group Fitness and now to Pilates. To this day, she is in awe of this incredible method as she sees clients transform not only in their bodies but their entire sense of self. Sherry's passion is to help clients feel better in their daily life and see how they can achieve optimal health. Through Pilates, Sherry looks
forward to helping people achieve a greater sense of well-being in their daily lives. Pilates has
led her on a journey of discovery of a passion for learning and teaching, which she hopes to pass onto others in their Pilates journey.
